Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the US. We don't ship elsewhere yet, but we're working on expanding — follow us on Instagram @pipsqueaksco for updates on new shipping destinations.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
I'm a US customer — why is my "Shipping and Duties" cost so high?
Great question! The US currently charges higher import tariffs than other countries we ship to, so the "Shipping and Duties" line at checkout is higher to cover this. We include it upfront in your order total so there are no surprise charges when your package arrives — what you pay at checkout is exactly what you pay, with nothing extra due on delivery.
Do you ship to Canada and New Zealand?
Yes! Just like our US shipping, duties and taxes for Canada and NZ orders are included in your shipping cost at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
What are the dimensions of the lunchbox?
The lunchbox measures 23.5 x 17.5 x 4.2 cm.
Do you sell the compartments/inserts separately?
Not at the moment, but we're working on it! Keep an eye on our Instagram for updates.
Do you offer wholesale?
We don't currently offer wholesale, but feel free to reach out with your details in case that changes in the future — we'd love to hear from you.
Do you work with content creators or other brands?
Yes, we love partnering with creators and like-minded brands! Send us your socials and/or a bit about your idea through our contact form and we'll get back to you if it's a good fit.
Is it dishwasher safe? How do I clean it?
Yes, it's dishwasher safe. If you ever notice any odour developing, it may be picking up smells from other items in the same wash — we recommend washing it separately if this happens.
My order says delivered but I haven't received it — what do I do?
Please check with others in your household and around your property first (front door, mailbox, parcel lockers), as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before or after the actual drop-off. If you still can't locate it, get in touch with your order number and we'll help track it down.
Are your products safety tested?
Yes — our lunchboxes meet FDA standards and are made from food-grade silicone and 304 stainless steel.
What age is this suitable for?
The clips are designed for tiny hands, so from around 2 years old, kids can typically open and close the lunchbox on their own. That said, it's a great option at any age — plenty of parents use it for daycare, school, and beyond, opening it for their little one when needed.
What's your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item and confirm it's in good condition with no damage. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description so we can make it right.
