Manufacturing & Dispatch Timeline

Our first production run is underway, and we expect to complete manufacturing and begin shipping in the first week of December.

As this is a pre-sale, your order reserves a spot in our initial batch. We’ll keep you updated if timelines shift, and we appreciate your understanding as we bring everything to life.

Shipping & Delivery

This is our initial launch and pre-sale, and we’re currently only shipping within Australia.

Orders will take a few days to process as we’re still learning the ropes—thank you for your patience and support as we find our rhythm.

Shipping fees are additional and calculated at checkout based on Australia Post rates. You’ll be able to choose between regular and express post options.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in good condition with no damage.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description so we can make it right.
